Passgo Rentals started with a simple vision: to build financial freedom through real estate while providing quality, affordable homes for people and families. What began as an investment in our future has grown into a rental property business serving communities across multiple states, built on the belief that everyone deserves a great place to call home.

Managing rentals from a thousand miles away does not work. A photo does not tell you a water heater is on its last year, and a tenant with a leak does not want to leave a message with someone three time zones away.

So every one of our five markets has its own property manager. They handle showings, applications, maintenance, and everything else for the homes in their area. Our phone menu routes you straight to them.
